LEAP W.L.L offers a wide array of services to a diverse clientele. Our expertise spans small-scale private developments through to large residential, multi-storey and industrial warehouse projects.
Since 2016 we have grown progressively to offer comprehensive turnkey building development services, managing every aspect from initial concept through to completion. That expertise covers pre-engineered structures and interior finishing works — gypsum ceilings, tiling, marble, parquet flooring, carpets and wallpaper — as well as interior and exterior painting.
We also handle joinery works including doors, cupboards, wooden cladding and furniture, plus fit-out and renovation projects involving the demolition of existing structures and modifications. Alongside that we provide maintenance services, construction of swimming pools, waterproofing solutions and heavy equipment rental.

What we Provide
Most contractors of our size subcontract the finishing trades. We do not, which is what makes a genuine turnkey handover possible.
Reinforced concrete frames, blockwork, pre-engineered structures, roofing and external envelope for residential, multi-storey and industrial warehouse builds.
Gypsum ceilings, tiling, marble, parquet flooring, carpets and wallpaper, plus interior and exterior painting to a finished, handover-ready standard.
Doors, cupboards, wooden cladding and furniture, alongside full fit-out and renovation works — including demolition of existing structures and structural modifications.
Waterproofing for basements, foundations and critical areas; swimming pool construction; and site development including clearing, grading, excavation, roads and drainage.
Ongoing maintenance after handover, plus heavy equipment rental for clients running their own works.
